Birthday Bliss

If anyone has ever been too spoiled on their birthday, I think I would qualify this year. My friends went above and beyond in helping make it a memorable one!  March 22nd - London day trip with friends So thankful for the friends who helped me organize this day as well as had the insight to know what I would enjoy seeing and making it all happen.   We rode boris bikes in Hyde Park. While we were riding we got caught in a hail storm! I found it increasingly hilarious as we were being beaten with the hail! Great memories! March 24th- My Birthday A lovely friend picked me up and took me out for the morning. We had delicious smoothies and browsed a few stores. In the evening I had the honour of being joined by a group of friends for dinner at a pub. It was such a blessing to be surrounded by so many amazing people who I now have the privilege of calling friends. A pril 26th- Surprise Road Trip for my birthday  The Jane...

For new years day we had planned to go for a walk/scavenger hunt in a park.  Unfortunately it was quite a rainy day and after some discussion we thought maybe we would just cancel, watch a film instead.  A friend had to work in the morning and when done was going to join us so we could go on the walk.  When the text messages were sent out explaining the change, this friend replied that perhaps we should just stick to the plan and go for a walk. Simply grab our wellies, rain jackets  and make the best of it and we would still have fun.  I loved the shift of perspective, instead of looking at the limitation it was flipped and we saw how we could make the best of it.  It was one of the greatest days, we were muddy, wet and having such a great time laughing and wandering around discovering hidden nooks with beaut...
